Bandy JaroszBandy L. Jarosz was born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in 1975. Ms. Jarosz attended Bucknell University and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1997. After completing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Jarosz enrolled in The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Jarosz obtained her Juris Doctor in 2001. In 1999, while attending law school, she began working as a legal intern at The Law Offices of Oyler and Oyler.

Currently, Ms. Jarosz is the Managing Partner at Oyler, Oyler & Jarosz. Ms. Jarosz has successfully represented clients in front of Administrative Law Judges, Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Jarosz became certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on May 1, 2013.

There is much emphasis placed by Ms. Jarosz upon the importance of individuals knowing their rights, whether before an injury, after the occurrence of an injury or when an individual is confronted by an insurance company. Ms. Jarosz does not represent employers.

Ms. Jarosz has participated in the Adams County Stepping Out Program and the Injured and Disabled Workers Support Group. Additionally, Ms. Jarosz was the Fairfield High School Class of 2007 Commencement Speaker. Ms. Jarosz speaks at local union meetings and has participated in the local bar association Continuing Legal Education programs coordinated by The Law Offices of Oyler and Oyler.

In her free time, Ms. Jarosz enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her community. Ms. Jarosz resides in Fairfield, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.

Ms. Jarosz is committed to representing Adams, Franklin and York County injured and disabled workers, as well as those individuals who are facing difficult financial choices.
